Abstract
This article analyzes the role of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and artificial intelligence technologies in land monitoring and resource management. The advantages of integrating GIS and artificial intelligence in addressing issues such as climate change, urbanization, water scarcity, and land degradation are highlighted. The potential for real-time land condition assessment using satellite imagery, drones, IoT sensors, and neural networks is demonstrated. The article examines practical approaches through examples of advanced international projects.
