Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of climate change on rainfed lands in Uzbekistan and examines approaches to their effective management. In recent years, a decrease in precipitation, an increase in temperature, and a decline in soil moisture have significantly affected rainfed farming systems. The research explores climate-adapted agricultural practices, rational use of water resources, anti-erosion agro-technical measures, and methods to ensure ecological stability. The results indicate that maintaining productivity on rainfed lands requires an integrated management approach that combines agro-ecological, economic, and technological measures. The study has practical importance for ensuring the sustainable development of agriculture under climate change conditions.
