Conversion of legally inactive land identified as a result of a complete survey of land areas into an asset, taking measures to create the possibility of re-use of land out of use, as well as the correct accounting of land resources in terms of quantity and quality land use is considered to be one of the constant topics of increasing efficiency.

From this point of view, in the article, some report data related to the category of agricultural land fund of the land fund of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and imbalances between the land in the property and analyzes, concepts, conclusions and recommendations on their elimination are given.
