This article discusses the scientific and practical issues of developing a technological system for creating electronic maps of agriculture as a result of field research and analysis of methods for designing and creating thematic maps. One of the important issues is the widespread use of methods of cartographic support in the study and analysis of agriculture. In this regard, for example, when studying agrarian, natural and socio-economic problems associated with the development of the economy in the developed countries of the world, special attention is paid to providing reliable information about the territory using electronic agricultural maps
