The article highlights the salinization, erosion, and changes in the mechanical composition of irrigated soils of the adyr zone of the Kasansay river basin, under the influence of changes by comparing the results of studies in 1999 and 2018. According to the data obtained, it was noted that by 2018 there was a decrease in the area of typical and light gray soils, widespread in 1999, and that this in turn led to the formation of “transitional” soil groups.
