The project main final results activities carried out during the United Nations Development Program

(UNDP), the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan project implementation are analyzed (the implementing agency of the project is the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and the State Cadastre). The project role and significance are substantiated by the example of national and local beneficiaries in strengthening their potential, as well as the organizational, economic and environmental problems solution in dry and arid lands.
