Abstract
This article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of agricultural object placement, the principles of territorial organization, and the natural, economic, social, and environmental factors influencing this process. The importance of rational use of land and water resources, consideration of transport and logistics opportunities, availability of labor resources, ensuring environmental safety, as well as processing and marketing opportunities is highlighted in the effective placement of agricultural objects. Furthermore, the possibilities of optimal placement of agricultural objects through the application of modern digital technologies, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing data, and electronic monitoring tools are considered. The significance of scientifically based approaches to object placement in ensuring sustainable use of natural resources and territorial development is substantiated.
