Abstract

The article examines the scientific and methodological foundations for assessing the socio-economic, organizational, technical-technological and environmental efficiency of land-management projects within the water-protection zones of the Ugam and Oqsoqota rivers. The status of land plots currently in use and those held in reserve has been compared with the digital elevation model and slope classification. Using ArcGIS Pro, a geospatial approach is proposed for functional land zoning and differentiated land-management decisions that account for terrain characteristics, existing land use and environmental restrictions.
