Abstract

The article highlights data on the significance, components and content of the development of prospective land management schemes of agricultural lands, as well as procedure, principles and main stages of project work on the development of a land management plans for districts on agricultural directions. Discussed issues of the importance of taking into account the opinions and requirements of land users, local residents and the public when developing land management schemes, as well as solving issues of achieving economic, social and environmental efficiency, preserving the natural agrolandscape of the area, arranging agricultural land use while considering the detrimental effects of climate change.
