Maintaining land accounting in the right modern ways and, through the complete correspondence of land areas and the rational use of land resources, the accuracy of cadastral data is important in the formation of the income part of local budgets, ensuring economic stability in the territories. In this regard, the article provides information on increasing the economic efficiency of cadastral indicators, the development and use of methods of economic development in the regions.
