Abstract

This article analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations for placing facilities on agricultural land plots. The study examines the rational use of land resources, principles of spatial planning, and structural elements of land management projects. Based on the analysis of the territorial organization of agricultural production, the natural and economic characteristics of land plots, and the interrelationship of infrastructure facilities, effective approaches for facility placement were developed. The results demonstrate the potential to improve land use efficiency and enhance the quality of spatial planning.
