Abstract
This article analyzes land use changes in Kashkadarya Region based on satellite data for 2017 and 2024. Dynamic World V1 with 10 m spatial resolution was used as the main data source, and the processing was carried out in Google Earth Engine (GEE). Land use maps were produced using five aggregated classes, their areas were calculated, and interclass transitions were analysed. The results showed the predominance of bare land and cropland. An increase in vegetation and built-up areas, as well as a decrease in cropland and bare land, was identified. The results can be used for regional land monitoring.
