This article highlights the role of the tourism industry in the national economy and its impact on urban infrastructure. The state and problems of transport, hospitality, catering, engineering and communication, service and digital infrastructure have been identified. The functional, social and environmental burden on the country's tourist cities was assessed. Scientific and practical proposals have been developed for the development of infrastructure based on modern standards and the improvement of institutional management in the context of sustainable development.
