Abstract

The establishment of the correct ratios between the measure of labor and the measure of its payment is facilitated by labor rationing. With the help of labor rationing, the measure of labor costs for performing a certain amount of work under specified conditions is determined. The cost measure can be expressed in time, volume of work, number of employees and service facilities.
