APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES
Abstract
The article analyzes approaches to the evaluation of human resources in public administration bodies. Problems of evaluation of human resources in public administration bodies are classified. Also, a practical proposal on issues of national evaluation system development in the context of human resources quality assessment.
