This article presents the results of the creation of new structures of tide plantations and tide series, the chemical and nutritional properties of the tute sheets growing in these plantations, the effect of them on the production of cocoons and technological processes of cocoons processing, the test of the obtained cocoons by the method of identical unwinding, production of raw silk from experimental Cocons in production conditions of enterprises and the results of laboratory tests of the resulting raw silk. Also introduced information about the proposed formula for pre-setting the speed of unwinding on the fatal automata. As a result, the study managed to work out silk raw meets the requirements of the quality of class 3А.
