Abstract
Contents of the article. Theoretical proposals for applying modern experience in solving existing problems through a systematic analysis of water and land resources monitoring using water-saving technologies in irrigation are presented.The factors causing these problems are also presented. The organization of innovative activities using new technologies in agriculture is the main means of achieving the goal set in the article.
