Abstract

This article examines the analysis of the meliorative condition of irrigated agricultural lands based on modern geographic information systems. During the study, methods for collecting, processing, and spatial analysis of data on meliorative indicators of irrigated lands were applied using the ArcGIS software. In particular, changes in groundwater levels and their spatial distribution were assessed using the IDW interpolation method, and thematic maps were developed. The obtained results make it possible to determine the meliorative condition of irrigated lands, identify areas with a high risk of salinization, and scientifically substantiate land-use planning processes. The research findings are of practical importance for improving the efficiency of agricultural land use and enhancing the meliorative monitoring system.
