his article analyzes the procedure for providing public services in the use of agricultural lands, its legal foundations, practical mechanisms, and digitalization processes. From scientific-theoretical and practical perspectives, the processes of allocation of land plots, leasing, registration of land rights, change of land category, establishment of servitudes, and land monitoring are examined. In addition, the effectiveness of digitalization of public services and its importance in the use of land resources are substantiated.
