QISHLOQ XOʻJALIGIGA MOʻLJALLANGAN YERLARNI BOSHQA YER TOIFALARIGA OʻTKAZISHDA XORIJIY TAJRIBALARNING AHAMIYATI

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the importance of the experience of foreign countries in the process of transferring agricultural land to other land categories. The mechanisms of land resource management, land classification and protection in developed countries - the USA, Japan, Germany, France, China and the European Union were studied. According to the results of the study, the importance of environmental expertise, compensation mechanisms, digital monitoring and public participation in the process of transferring agricultural land to other categories was substantiated. These experiences are of practical importance in improving the land policy of Uzbekistan.
