This article describes in detail the composition and structure of lands intended for nature protection, health and recreation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The distribution of these lands across the republican territories, including regions, is analyzed, their functional role in the national land fund and the features of their use are scientifically substantiated. Also, the role of lands in this category in ensuring ecological stability, their social significance in strengthening the health of the population, and their economic efficiency in the sustainable development of regions are comprehensively analyzed. The results of the study serve to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the rational use of nature protection and recreation areas.
