O‘ZBEKISTONDA MUHOFAZA ETILADIGAN HUDUDLARNING NAZARIY VA HUQUQIY ASOSLARI

The article analyzes the formation of protected natural areas in the Republic of Uzbekistan, their theoretical content and legal basis. The scientific and theoretical aspects of the concept of protected areas, their role and tasks in ensuring ecological stability are highlighted. The content of the main regulatory legal acts regulating protected natural areas in Uzbekistan, including the Law “On Protected Natural Areas”, the Land Code and other relevant regulatory documents, is also analyzed.
