Cadastral maps are considered a very important tool in land monitoring, and cadastral division of the territory, highlighting the boundaries of the object is an important task in its creation. The area selected for land monitoring is required to have an identification number associated with the land area based on the cadastral division plan, only in accordance with the identification number specific to that object. In this article, the technology of creating electronic digital cadastral maps of selected scale based on GIS technologies is developed and this technology is explained.
