The article, based on specific scientific sources and data, examines the best practices accumulated in a number of developed countries of the world in organizing the effective use of irrigated agricultural lands, including irrigated sown areas, using methods of monographic research and analytical analysis. The research findings have been illuminated, and relevant recommendations have been developed for applying this experience in our republic.
