RUBIA TINCTORUM L. O‘SIMLIGI ILDIZINIng QURUQ EKSTRAKTI (LD50) O‘TKIR ZAHARLILIGINI ANIQLASH
Abstract
The article presents the study was to examine the acute toxicity of the Rubia Tinctorum L. root dry extract on white mice. The animals were divided into two groups: control group, which received purified water, and experimental groups, which were administered once intragastrically the R.Tinctorum L. root dry extract in doses of
500, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 mg/kg.
