Abstract
In this article, irrigated lands of Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Navoi and Bukhara regions are determined by quantitative indicators, geodatabase and thematic layers of irrigated lands using ArcGIS software, the formation of administrative-territorial boundaries, categorization of rural areas used and unused. agricultural and residential lands using aerial photographs, determining the number of monitoring wells and summarizing the analysis of information, determining the coordinates of water level monitoring wells in a GPS wave receiver and filling in their attributes, as well as coordinate values depending on their geographical location, are covered by digital geovisualization by entering into geodatabase, interpolation of flood water heights by area layer, digital creation of soil maps by mechanical composition, digital creation of hydromodular zoning maps.
