Abstract

Nurata district is located in the northern part of Navoi region, which borders on the desert region - Kyzyl Kum. From a geomorphological point of view, the region consists of several low and medium-altitude mountain systems that make up the Nurata mountain ranges, as well as the proluvial and alluvial plains that form them. Mount Nurata and its foothills have been scientifically described as having a complex geomorphological and lithological structure, especially rocky and coarse deposits.
