The article outlines the role and importance of fruit and vegetable growers working in agriculture to ensure food security in Uzbekistan. In addition, the economic analysis offruit and vegetable production in Andijan region, which is one of the most densely populated areas in the country, provides an economic analysis and, therefore, focuses on increasing fruit and vegetable production, promoting exports, and improving the quality of products, conclusions and recommendations are prepared.
