Abstract
More information is needed on the availability of pollutants, rhizosphere processes, pollutant uptake,
transmission, degradation and volatility to further enhance the efficacy ofphytoremediation.
To this article, biological restoration has been focused. Correction mechanisms, developmental trends and disadvantages to deliver the necessary links to this study were discussed. A good understanding of reclamation methods and the different options available at different stages of land reclamation is essential for effective and economical soil rehabilitation.
