KOSNTITUTSIYA – ERKIN VA FARAVON HAYOT GAROVI

This article presents the highest achievements of legal and political thought recognized in our Constitution, the rich history, culture, and national customs and traditions of the Uzbek people. It is shown, based on real examples and a number of materials, that after the Republic of Uzbekistan gained independence, the establishment of a legal democratic state based on a market economy was determined as the political and constitutional goal of the development of our society, as well as that our Basic Law serves as the legal foundation for the establishment of a just democratic civil society in our country.
