Abstract

The article examines the development of land management programs in four foreign countries: the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and Great Britain. Examined the primary methods of rational land use, as well as the legal, institutional, and technological components of land management processes. Comparative analysis, systems analysis, and content analysis of scientific and statistical data were implemented in the investigation. The findings allowed us to pinpoint methods intended to improve land management effectiveness and offer suggestions for adjusting foreign expertise to our country’s circumstances. The article discusses the importance of integrating innovative approaches and technologies to achieve sustainable development of agricultural land.
