The article presents theoretical proposals for the practical application of modern experience in eliminating existing problems in the specialization of agriculture in the Aral Sea region through their systemic analysis. The factors causing these problems are also presented. The organization of innovative activities using new technologies in agriculture is the main means of achieving the goal set in the article. In recent years, the Republic of Karakalpakstan has been experiencing a shortage of water for irrigation due to climatic and hydrogeological conditions caused by global climate change. As a result, there is a shortage of fresh irrigation water, which leads to a change in specialization and improvement.
