Abstract
The article presents the issues of organizing the effective use of land resources on the basis of scientifically based land management projects. The main principles that make up the essence of the organization of rational use of land in the areas of ecological disaster are identified. The role of land management in the organization of rational use of land and the creation of artificial (anthropogenic) ecological systems is indicated. The essence of land management and the substance of its effectivenessare exposed.
