The article analyzes the process of biochar extraction, its application and impact on soil properties and the impact of nutrients in different soils of the world. The review shows that there are conflicting scientific results on the effects of biochemicals on the soil, so the diversity of results depends on the chemical composition of the biochar raw material, as well as the physicochemical, microbiological properties and ecological condition of the soil. Therefore, it is

necessary to expand and accelerate research work on the systematization of raw materials such as household waste and organic materials, depending on the type of soil for biochemical extraction and use. Given the research needs mentioned above, this article provides a detailed scientific review of the research available in this field.
