In Uzbekistan, the plan for the harvest of agricultural land in the cultivated fields is determined annually by the state based on the decision of the special Cabinet of Ministers. In land cadastre work, there is a task to determine the normative value of crop fields on agricultural land. It is important to determine the normative value of agricultural land, a criterion for determining the yield of each type of crop based on the characteristics of the land has been developed. But this criterion is not taken into account when setting productivity plans for farms. For this reason, in this article, it is proposed to form the productivity plan for agricultural enterprises on the basis of the criteria for determining the normative value of crops on existing agricultural land.
