The main problems associated with the organization of the rational use of farmland are categorized based on the economic, organizational, legal and ecological aspects of land use. It is scientifically justifiable to adhere to the principle that efficiency is the balance point for the development of land management projects and the organization of rational use of agricultural land. The directions for the provision of public services related to the use of agricultural land have been determined.
